There is a shift and the leaves are changing. It’s a beautiful time of year. We’ve had a wonderful summer at TW.

Here is Tracy’s update:

We were invited to work with a lead hairstylist at London Fashion Week. Styling hair for the incredible designers VIN + OMI who use sustainable materials for their designs whilst celebrating 20 years in the industry. The team had a blast! They were fully immersed in prepping 52 runway models!

We are also so excited to share with you that we are finalists in four National Industry Awards for:

🌟Best Customer Experience

The awards ceremony is in London in November. We are truly happy to be grand finalists but maybe we can win! The team truly deserves every recognition for their hard work…Let’s see, fingers crossed.

We are also nominees for Best Salon in Sussex which was an unexpected surprise! This one is through England's Business Awards 2024 and you can vote with the link below.

Each year we support Aveda raising money for Breast Cancer. This year we have a gorgeous hand cream. As you know we had a new hair professional and educator join us this month. Gjorji is settled and happy at TW. He’s making guests look and feel fantastic which is completely what TW is all about. Please come and see him! He’s very passionate about education and between Gjorji and Tracy, we have great plans for team education.

Personal growth is something we promise and promote at TW. So let’s also celebrate that Stephanie has been promoted to Senior Consultant! Well deserved and she’s worked hard for it. Congratulations to Steph.

We also have two new faces in the salon.

Verity works with us two days a week. She is our new salon host and is also a professionally trained yoga and sound bath therapist, outside of TW. Honestly, her wellness retreats are something to consider. She’s totally immersed in the goodness of our planet and is so knowledgeable, with years of experience.

The other new face is Phoebe who joined our family this week. She is starting her hairdressing career and apprenticeship with us and will soon be joining Livi at Chichester College. It’s wonderful to see a new generation of hair professionals up and coming in our industry.
